I’m Natasha Robinson, a proud Chicago native who’s passionate about empowering individuals and families to achieve their dreams of homeownership. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Chicago State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. I’m also a graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program, which helped me deepen my commitment to community impact and entrepreneurial growth.
My journey in the mortgage industry began more than 20 years ago when I took a job in the closing department. What started as “just a job” quickly turned into a career I love. Eager to grow and learn, I transitioned to loan processing, where I spent over 12 years honing my skills. Along the way, I also gained personal experience as a buyer, seller, and landlord, which has shaped how I guide my clients.
Achievements
- Vice President of Lending: Natasha has excelled in the mortgage industry for over two decades, transitioning from a closing department role to her current leadership position as VP of Lending.
- Industry Expertise: Recognized for her knowledge of diverse mortgage products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Renovation Loans, as well as down payment assistance programs like IHDA and the City of Chicago Down Payment Assistance Program.
- Community Advocate: Through her work and personal initiatives, Natasha focuses on bridging knowledge gaps in underserved communities by educating and empowering prospective homeowners to build generational wealth.
